2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: 2:00 PM Check-out time: 12:00 PM If you need to leave your luggage at hotel in case you arrive early or need to depart late, please arrange it with reception.
In case, you need check in early. you will be charged: + From 11:00 to 13:00: 30% of room rate. + From 9:00 to 11:00: 50% of room rate. + Before 9:00: 100% of room rate.
In case, you need to depart late, please contact with our reception and you will be charged: + From 13:00 to 15:00: 30% of room rate. + After 15:00 to 17:00: 50% room rate. + After 17:00: 100% room rate.
3. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
If cancellation is made 3 days prior to your arrival date: Free cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within 3 days: 1 night room rate will be charged. In case of no-show, 100% room rate. Early Bird/ Last min deal: non-changeable and non-refundable.
4. CHILDREN POLICY
Child under 5 years old: FOC and included breakfast Child from 5 to 17 years old: Surcharge 250.000vnd per child/night (No extra bed). Extra bed: surcharge 450.000vnd per/night (Include breakfast).
5. PAYMENT POLICY
Thank you for your interest in our payment policy on the De An hotel website. To guarantee the reservation, please you have to pay 100% room rate. The hotel accepts international payment cards (Visa, Master, JCB…), domestic payment cards and bank transfer.
6. REFUND METHOD
The hotel refund your money by cash or bank transfer.

8. General policy
All non-smoking rooms. In case you smoke within our hotel, 50% of room rate will be applied to your account. You will be expected to pay compensation to hotel for any damages or broken things while your stay at De An hotel. Pets are not allowed in hot
